(ĐN) – On December 27, Dong Nai Department of Statistics held a meeting to review the implementation of socio-economic tasks in 2019.
Dong Nai recorded a year-on-year growth rate of 9.05 percent in gross regional domestic product (GRDP) this year. Accordingly, the local industrial sector grew over 12 percent, the services sector expanded 7 percent, and agro-forestry-fishery increased by 2 percent.
Annual average per capita income in the locality is estimated at VND113.7 million (US$4,912), an increase of nearly 9.7 percent compared to the same period of last year.
Industrial production, domestic and foreign investment attraction also exceeded targets set out for 2019.
