The figure includes more than VND3.93 trillion from local budget, around VND1.54 trillion from lottery sales, VND1.5 trillion from land fund sales and nearly VND6.9 trillion from central budget.
Public investment plays a major role in socio-economic development, especially the building of important infrastructure facilities. Accordingly, the provincial leaders demanded departments, agencies and localities speed up the allocation of public investment capital.
