During the period, Dong Nai earned some US$19.44 billion from shipping goods abroad, a year on year surge of 5.7 percent. Footwear, garment and textiles, wooden products, yarn and fiber, machinery and spare parts were the largest earners.
Also in the reviewed period, Dong Nai splashed out US$16.17 billion on imports, up nearly 0.2 percent year on year.
