Of the projects, there are two large projects, including service area of Phuoc An Port in Phuoc An commune, covering 550 hectares of land, which is invested by the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group; and a trade center area in Hiep Phuoc and Long Tho communes, covering around 51 hectares.
Currently, Nhon Trach is one of four localities to implement the most projects in Dong Nai province. Most of the projects are in the fields of residential areas and traffic infrastructure.
