The figure accounted for 26.2 percent of total loans and increasing nearly 9 percent compared to the end of 2018.
Particularly, outstanding loans secured by assets were nearly VND39.1 trillion of total rural and agricultural loans, while loans without collateral accounted for over VND10.9 trillion
