Dong Nai holds dialogue with KoK investors

(ĐN)- Dong Nai Customs Department held a dialogue on July 7 with locally-based Republic of Korea (RoK) firms with the aim of removing obstacles for the firms' operation and updating them on new tax and customs regulations.

 

(ĐN)- Dong Nai Customs Department held a dialogue on July 7 with locally-based Republic of Korea (RoK) firms with the aim of removing obstacles for the firms’ operation and updating them on new tax and customs regulations.

Mr Park Hyun Bae, Head of the association of Korean investors in Dong Nai, and representatives from some 100 RoK enterprises attended the event.

Currently, South Korea leads among 40 countries and territories investing in Dong Nai, with more than 400 projects and a total registered capital surpassing US$6 billion.

At the dialogue, representatives from the department answered the investors’ questions on customs clearance procedures, regulations on imports and exports of goods, etc.

Head of the department Phung Thi Bich Huong said that the department will continue efforts to remove difficulties for local businesses as well as create more favorable conditions for businesses to operate effectively.
