PDN strives to earn VND1 tril in turnover in 2022

Dong Nai Port consists of two component ports of Long Binh Tan and Go Dau. There are nine quays, two barge landing sites and three warehouses which serve for cargo transportation.

Last year, the total volume of cargo handled by PDN reached over 6.4 million tones,  generating a total turnover of VND670.9 billion, a year-on-year increase of 27.7 percent, while earning after-tax profits of VND111 billion, 45 percent higher than the same period in 2017.

PDN plans to earn a total turnover of VND694 billion in 2019 and after-tax profits of VND116 billion. It aims to achieve revenue of VND1 trillion in 2022 and rank fifth among top sea ports in Vietnam.

On this occasion, PDN received an emulation flag and a laudatory writing from the provincial People’s Committee while its four collectives and 15 individuals were awarded certificates of merit by the provincial People’s Committee.
