Particularly, the province licensed 41 new projects with total registered capital of some US$400 million, while 35 existing projects were allowed to add a combined nearly US$409 million.
In May only, Dong Nai drew over US$118 million in FDI. The Republic of Korea and Japan were the province’s largest investors.
In recent years, it has prioritized environmentally friendly projects using high-technology and skilled laborers.
