Vice Chairman Nguyen Quoc Hung of Dong Nai provincial People’s Committee made the statement during a meeting held on February 27 to review the divestments in 2018 and outline tasks for 2019.
Particularly, two corporations will have to complete their divestments of 20 companies in their non-core businesses. Sonadezi, which currently owns 99.54 percent, will maintain a 36 percent ownership after divestment.
In 2018, two corporations completed capital divestment from five companies.
