(ĐN)- Dong Nai is offering lots of incentives to attract investment in agriculture and rural areas, according to the provincial Department of Planning and Investment.
Accordingly, engaging projects in agriculture and rural areas in accordance with Decree 210 will enjoy the incentives on land use fee reduction of 50 percent if the State allocates land. Meanwhile, if the enterprises lease land and water surface, they will get exemption of land and water surface within 11 years since their projects are put into operation.
In addition, other incentives are also being offered for engaging enterprises in agriculture and rural areas, including 10 percent reduction on business income tax for enterprises investing in planting, taking care of forests, producing, duplicating seedlings, domestic animals as well as preserving agricultural products after harvest, etc.
