The figure accounted for nearly 26 percent of total loans, according to Dong Nai Branch of Viet Nam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development.
Particularly, loans secured by assets represented about 22% of total rural and agricultural loans, while loans without collateral accounted for 78%.
In this period, outstanding loans for new-style rural building in Dong Nai also reached over VND47.5 trillion, up 1.19 percent from a year earlier.
