(ĐN)- A ceremony was held in Hanoi on December 15 to honor 60 enterprises which stood out for their material and spiritual care for laborers.
Among them, six firms came from Dong Nai, including Petrovietnam Power Nhon Trach 2 J.S Company, Nestle VN, Dong Nai Port J.S Company, Tin Nghia Group, Changshin VN and Vedan VN.
The list of the businesses was compiled by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour VGCL, the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (MoLISA) and the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI).
The event was organized to praise unceasing efforts made the companies to improve the working environment so that their employees can maximize their capacity and devote to the firms’ development.
The companies were evaluated based on strict criteria reflecting the employers’ remuneration policy in terms of income, training, working environment, social welfares and team building activities, among others.
