(ĐN)- As of early November, Dong Nai People’s Committee has handed over and leased out nearly 8,000 hectares of land to infrastructure investors in local industrial parks.
After infrastructure projects complete, the investors will then leased out their land to enterprises. Of them, 283 hectares were handed over with payment, 7,100 hectares were leased out with annual payment and over 630 hectares were leased out with single payment.
Time for using land in local industrial parks is implemented in accordance with decisions to build industrial parks, decisions of investment projects and investment licenses granted by authorized agencies. Time for leasing land lasts from 40 to 50 years.
