(ĐN)- Dong Nai People’s Committee has planned to implement big seven tourism projects, covering a total area of nearly 1,150 hectares in Bien Hoa city, Nhon Trach and Xuan Loc districts.
At present, three projects are under land revoke for deployment, with a total land area of VND529 hectares and compensation money of nearly VND190 billion.
Four other projects include Ecological Tourist Area in Dai Phuoc commune, Ong Keo Ecological Tourist Area in Dai Phuoc commune, Long Tan Ecological Tourist Area in Long Tan commune in Nhon Trach district, and Thac Troi Ecological Tourist Area in Xuan Bac commune of Xuan Loc district. Nhon Trach is currently the localities with most of planned residential areas and ecological tourist areas in Dong Nai province.
