The groups of transportation, food, dining and catering services, housing, electricity, water, fuel and construction materials saw high increases. Meanwhile, the group of apparel, headgear and footwear dropped by 0.18 percent.
Gold prices decreased by 0.37 percent while USD prices moved up 0.19 percent from September.
