Groups which saw significant increases in this period included medicines and medical services, up 27 percent, education, up 5%.
Garment and textile, footwear, construction materials, housing, electricity, water, food and catering services, household equipment also posted slight rises in Jan-Sept.
The groups of beverages and tobacco, post and telecom, entertainment and tourism saw a slight decline this period.
