(ĐN)- On October 2, a delegation from Quang Ninh province led by Deputy Director of Department of Agriculture and Rural Development paid a working visit to learn experience in building new rural areas in Thong Nhat district’s Hung Loc commune.
The delegation visited livestock breeding farms and green-skin pomelo gardens in Hung Loc and highly appreciated the commune’s methods in building new-style rural areas, including encouraging local residents to build rural infrastructure and developing production to improve farmers’ income.
Quang Nam reported that two districts in the province have completed all criteria to be considered as new rural areas. The number is expected to reach 5 by the end of 2020.
