(ĐN)- Dong Nai Department of Taxation has named 97 enterprises that failed to pay taxes worth a combined VND297 billion. Accordingly, 75 non-state private enterprises owned more than VND254.9 billion and 22 foreign enterprises owned over VND42 billion.
Tan Mai Group J.S Company in Bien Hoa city topped the list with over VND66.5 billion in unpaid taxes. It is followed by Giang Dien Tourist J.S Company in Trang Bom district with VND28.6 billion; Tung Lam Limited Liability Company in Xuan Loc district, VND26.3 billion; Huong Minh Phat Co. in Long Thanh district, VND12.5 billion, Re Xam A.B.M Co. in Bien Hoa city, VND12.3 billion, and Royal Prosperity Manufacture and Investment J.S Company in Nhon Trach district, VND12.2 billion, etc.
The department has applied various measures including withdrawing the fees from the companies’ accounts but have still been unable to recover the tax arrears.
In the coming time, the department will continue to publicize the cases of large outstanding tax debts, tax payment delay, and tax evasion and transfer dossiers to the law agencies to handle in accordance with regulations to ensure the equity in compliance with tax law, reduce tax debt and increase State revenue.
