The capital registered by a new firm averaged VND8.5 billion, according to Department of Planning and Investment.
In the reviewed period, 420 firms have temporarily suspended operations, accounting for over 16 percent of the number of newly established enterprises.
Most of new companies are operating in sectors such as trade and services, construction, and processing.
