Most of land was rented at industrial parks of Nhon Trach 6 in Nhon Trach district, Loc An-Binh Son and An Phuoc-Long Duc in Long Thanh district, Giang Dien in Trang Bom district, Dau Giay in Thong Nhat district, and Long Khanh in Long Khanh town.
According to plan, Dong Nai will be home to 35 IPs with total area of nearly 12,000 hectares by 2020.
Currently, the province has 32 industrial parks where have leased more than 5,300 hectares of land, accounting of 76.4 percent of total rentable area.
