(ĐN)- In the first nine months of this year, Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority (DIZA) granted work permits for 1,169 foreign laborers working at 32 industrial parks in the province.
Among them, nearly 2,000 laborers came from Taiwan, more than 1,800 from South of Korea, over 1,100 from China, 700 from Japan and over 210 from Thailand.
There are nearly 6,500 foreign laborers working at industrial parks in Dong Nai, according to Deputy Head of Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority Mai Van Nhon.
Dong Nai has so far attracted nearly 1,540 foreign enterprises from 43 countries and territories.
