According to the provincial Statistics Department, more farmers have increased their herds in recent time, resulting in higher demand for animal feed.
In this period, the enterprises also imported some 725,000 tonnes of corn worth around US$152.3 million. Dong Nai is now leading the country in raising pigs and the number of animal feed production factories.
