Accordingly, around VND186 billion has been disbursed in the first half, fulfilling more than 42 percent of the year's plan.
Over the past months, the district has started the construction of Phu Xuan-Than Son-Phu An street, Nguyen Thi Dinh street, Giang Dien and Ben Thuyen pump stations.
