Dong Nai attracts US$903 mln in FDI in H1

(ĐN)- Dong Nai attracted US$903 million in foreign direct investment (FDI) in the first half of 2018, fulfilling over 93 percent of the yearly plan and increasing 40 percent compared to the same period of last year, according to Department of Planning and Investment.

 

(ĐN)- Dong Nai attracted US$903 million in foreign direct investment (FDI) in the first half of 2018, fulfilling over 93 percent of the yearly plan and increasing 40 percent compared to the same period of last year, according to Department of Planning and Investment.

Particularly, the province had 54 newly-licensed FDI projects, with total registered capital of more than US$420 million and 49 projects registering to increase their capital by over US$482 million.

Most of FDI projects in Dong Nai are from the Republic of Korea, Taiwan, Japan, China, and Germany.

To date, the country has attracted nearly 1,335 FDI projects from 45 countries and territories with a registered capital of nearly US$28 billion, focusing on industrial production.
