(ĐN)- As many as 17 new cooperatives have been established in Dong Nai in Jan-June period, with combined charter capital of more than VND31.6 billion.
The figure included five agricultural cooperatives, eleven others operating in the fields of transportation and one cooperative in environmental sanitation.
Dong Nai presently has 345 cooperatives and people’s credit funds with a total charter capital of nearly VND1.1 trillion and over 82,000 members. So far, the cooperatives and funds have created jobs for more than 25,000 laborers.
