Accordingly, the price of E5 RON92 petrol rose by VND500 per liter, diesel increased by VND587 per liter and kerosene rose VND523 per liter.
After the adjustment, E5’s ceiling price is VND19,940 per liter while 0.05S and kerosene should not cost more than VND17,694 per liter and VND16,440 per liter, respectively.
This was the second consecutive increase in retail petrol price in May of this year.
