Accordingly, Gia Ray townhip will complete standards for recognition of type-4 urban area, in association with civilized urban area, becoming an urban center of the district with sustainable development of trade-service and tourism, industry and home industry.
The township will strive to maintain and upgrade standards for recognition of type-4 urban area, including 99 percent of its population supplied clean water, building at least 5km of main water drainage pipeline, etc.
