Started construction in August 2017, the tunnel has total length of over 700 meters, including 430-meter-long tunnel and 150-meter-long roads leading to the tunnel.
The VND260-billion concrete tunnel has four lanes for vehicles and has designed speed of 60 kph. The tunnel, which is one of 7 key projects of Dong Nai province, will help relieve traffic congestion as well as ensure traffic safety at Tan Phong intersection.
