(ĐN)- According to Long Thanh district People’s Committee, An Phuoc commune is making efforts to complete advanced criteria of the new-style rural area building programme. The district’s 12 remaining communes have completed 14 – 17 advanced criteria of the program.
To realise the target, the district will continue implementing projects and plan crop restructuring, large-scale farming, and farmer-enterprise connection to improve efficiency and raise incomes for farmers.
Effective business models will be also expanded, with the application of advanced technology.
Community work needs to be promoted to encourage the participation of locals in building new-style rural areas.
