(ĐN)- Livestock Competitiveness and Food Safety Project (Lifsap)’s management board on March 11 inaugurated and put into operation a concentrated slaughterhouse in Thong Nhat district’s Hung Loc commune.
The house is built on an area of over 8,000 sq.m with a total cost of VND1.6 billion, of which Lifsap’s management board donated US$30,000.This is the fifth concentrated slaughterhouse in the district.
The slaughterhouse is expected to help reduce illegal slaughtering activities and supply clean meat for the locality.
