Bosch Powertrain Solutions, constructed in 2008 at Long Thanh industrial park, is Bosch’s first CVT push-belt production facility in Southeast Asia. Until March 2018, the plant produced and provided over 25 million belts to automobile production factories in Asia-Pacific and North America.
Over the past 10 years, the facility has made efforts to raise its production capacity. As of 2017 end, Bosch Powertrain Solutions put in to operation 18 production lines, meeting up-to-date technological and quality demands. It is now home to 1,900 labors.
Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman Dinh Quoc Thai highly appreciated contributions made by Bosch Vietnam in local socio-economic development.
