The province has planned to set up 27 ICs, covering total area of 1,500 hectares, by 2020 to lure investment from small and medium enterprises as well as to protect the environment.
To attract investors to the ICs, Dong Nai has provided preferential policies and given support to operating businesses in ICs in promoting trade and connecting consumption of products in domestic and export markets.
In addition, the provincial People’s Committee has set up ICs development centers in localities to carry out functions of ICs infrastructure traders to ICs without infrastructure investors. So far, two ICs development centers has been established in Bien Hoa city ad Nhon Trach district.
