Of the total, Vietnamese dong deposits reached nearly VND168.3 trillion, up 21 percent compared to the end of last year, while dollar deposits estimated at over VND11.9 trillion, up 17 percent, said Dong Nai Branch of the State Bank of Vietnam.
In this period, local banks and credit organizations lent more than VND160.3 trillion, an increase of some 24 percent against the end of 2015.
