Those countries and territories included Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, China, Samoa and British Virgin Island.
Accordingly, Republic of Korea took the lead with investment commitments of approximately US$5.6 billion, followed by Taiwan with some US$5.3 billion, and Japan with nearly US$4.1 billion.
