(ĐN)- Dong Nai posted a trade surplus of US$2.17 billion in 2017, according to the provincial Department of Industry and Trade.
Accordingly, the province’s export revenue reached US$16.9 billion, a year-on-year increase of 12 percent. The largest importers of Dong Nai goods were the US, China, the Republic of Korea and Japan.
Its index of industrial production (IIP) also increased some 8.7% year on year, exceeding the set target. Dong Nai’s total turnover from retails and services estimated at over VND150 trillion, up 12.3%.
In 2018, the IIP is expected to rise by 8-8.5 percent, turnover from retails and services will increase by 11-13 percent, and exports climb by 18.3-18.5 percent
