(ĐN)- According to Dong Nai Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Quang Trung waste treatment complex in Thong Nhat district is receiving and treating solid waste of three localities including Long Khanh town, Thong Nhat and Tan Phu districts with total capacity of 150 tons a day.
The complex has been installed and is operating work to classify, produce compost with daily capacity of 200 tons of products.
Quang Trung waste treatment complex, invested by the Dong Nai Industrial Park Development Corporation (Sonadezi), covers an area of over 129 hectares in Thong Nhat district with total investment of some VND605 million.
The complex is one of Dong Nai’s 9 planned waste treatment zones with the aim to eliminate temporary rubbish dumps.
