(ĐN)- A delegation of the Finnish enterprises led by Deputy Minister of Economic Affairs and Employment Petri Peltonen visited Dong Nai province on November 10 to seek investment opportunities in the fields of environment treatment and smart city building.
Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Tran Van Vinh welcomed and introduced the delegation to the location, potential and advantages of the province and stressed that Dong Nai is now calling investments in treating waste into energy, high-tech and support industries. He hoped that Finnish investors to participate in waste-to-energy projects since Finland is a leading country with clean energy.
For his part, Mr Petri Peltonen hoped that Finnish companies would contribute to the development of Dong Nai by giving support in clean water supply, renewable energy development and smart city building. With their experience, companies operating in the energy and environment sectors in Finland are ready to become partners of Dong Nai.
