(ĐN)- According to Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority (DIZA), the province’s industrial parks (IPs) leased some 110 hectares of land since the beginning of this year.
Industrial parks such as Long Duc in Long Thanh district, Long Khanh in Long Khanh town, Nhon Trach 1,3 and 6 in Nhon Trach district have drawn the greatest interest from investors.
Dong Nai is now home to 32 industrial parks (IPs) with total land of over 10,200 hectares. Most of them have leased over 72 percent of land. Some 10 IPs have leased out 98-100 percent of their land.
