(ĐN)- Since 2011 until now, Trang Bom district has invested to build, upgrade, maintain and repair 7 irrigation projects with total investment of over VND5 billion, funded from the district’s budget.
The projects include Thanh Nien lake in Ho Nai 3 commune, Bau Ham dam in Song Thao commune, Gia Ton dam in Song Trau commune, Suoi Dau in dam in Trung Hoa commune, Hung Long dam in Hung Thinh commune, Don Ganh dam in Binh Minh commune and Suoi Dam lake in Bau Ham commune which are used to served for watering over 1,000 hectares in the district.
The irrigation projects aim to ensure the water irrigation sources for local farmers in agricultural production, especially in dry season.
