Tin Nghia invests over VND900 bln in Dat Do I IP

(ĐN) - Tin Nghia-Phuong Dong Industrial Park J.S Company under Tin Nghia Corporation is now completing the construction of technical infrastructure at Dat Do I industrial park in Ba Ria-Vung Tau province.

(ĐN) - Tin Nghia-Phuong Dong Industrial Park J.S Company under Tin Nghia Corporation is now completing the construction of technical infrastructure at Dat Do I industrial park in Ba Ria-Vung Tau province.

The technical infrastructure project estimated at about VND927 billion, including VND325 billion for land clearance.

So far, six investors have registered to lease 34ha out of a total approximately 500 hectares of rentable land at the IP.

The company also planed to invest VND211 billion in Dat Do I residential area to meet the housing demand for experts and workers who will work at the IP.
