(ĐN)- According to Dong Nai Department of Planning and Investment, the project of a road connecting Buu Hoa Bridge with Highway 1K is under adjustment of land usage and proposal of progress procedure for implementation of site clearance.
The investor of the project is HCM city-based Tuan Loc Construction and Investment Company. The project has total investment of over VND502 billion. Of the money, over VND136 billion will be spent for construction and over VND300 billion will be allocated for site clearance.
The road will be 2.4 km long and 37m in width and will be constructed under Build-Transfer (BT) model of which the investor will spend money for constructing the road while the province will give back 42 hectares of land along the two sides of the road.
The road is one of seven key projects of the province which are given priorities for implementation.
