(ĐN) - On September 15, Dong Nai provincial Farmers’ Association in cooperation with its agency in Thong Nhat district handed over preferential loans totaling VND1 billion, with a monthly interest rate of 0.55 percent, to 36 farmer households in Gia Tan 3 and Bau Ham 2 communes.
Accordingly, VND500 million will be invested in clean vegetable projects and VND500 million in cashew tree development.
The loans aim to help local farmers improve crop productivity and stabilize their lives.
