(ĐN)- According to Dong Nai Department of Planning and Investment, more than VND3.6 trillion will be needed for the construction of a road along Cai River in Bien Hoa city.
Of the money, VND1.554 trillion will be for site clearance. The road connecting Ha Huy Giap and Tran Quoc Toan Streets will be 4.6 meters long, 32 meters wide, accommodating 4 lanes and will be built under BT (Build-Transfer) model. As panned, nearly 53 hectares of land cost over VND3.6 trillion will be paid to the investor for the implementation of the project. Two resettlement areas will be built for people being shifted from the site clearance.
The road along Cai River is one of the province’s key projects which is given priority to deploy soon to boost the city’s development.
