(ĐN)- As of end-August, Dong Nai-based banks provided loans of more than VND28.7 trillion to local rural and agricultural development projects under the Decree No 55/2015/NĐ-CP.
The figure accounted for nearly 19 percent of total loans and increased over 20 percent compared to the end of 2016, according to Dong Nai branch of State Bank.
Particularly, outstanding loans secured by assets represented about 84% of total rural and agricultural loans, while loans without collateral accounted for 16%.
