Of the IPS, 30 are operating and have leased over 76 percent of the total land. Some 14 IPs have leased out 90 percent of their land. All of the land was rented at the industrial parks of Agtex Long Binh, Nhon Trach 5, Nhon Trach 3, Dinh Quan, etc.
Dong Nai is currently the province which has the most IPs in the country. The province’s IPs have so far attracted more than US$21.4 billion in FDI and nearly VND50.4 trillion in domestic investment.
