Chairman of Dong Nai provincial People’s Committee Dinh Quoc Thai attended the event.
In the first half of 2017, seven provinces in the region, including Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Binh Phuoc, Tay Ninh, Binh Thuan and Ninh Thuan, continued to maintain high economic growth.
Accordingly, total budget collection reached over VND90 trillion while export turnover was estimated at nearly US$22.5 billion. In addition, the provinces continued to be attractive destination for FDI investors.
Among the provinces, Dong Nai and Binh Duong are highly praised as localities which have outstanding public administration reform index and competitiveness. Dong Nai also leads the region and the country in new rural area construction.
