Of the total, loans for agriculture and rural development accounted for over VND28 trillion, up 17.24 percent, loans for small- and medium-sized enterprises at over VND33.6 trillion, up 18.2 percent, short-term loans for support industry projects at VND630 billion, up 3.28 percent.
