(ĐN)- On June 7, Mr. Kadowaki Keiichi, President of Japanese Business Association in HCM City paid a working visit to Dong Nai.
At the reception, Chairman Dinh Quoc Thai of the provincial People’s Committee said that Japan is among the biggest investors in Dong Nai. It ranks third among countries and territories that have FDI in the province, with 253 investment projects and total registered capital of US$3.9 billion.
In the coming time, the province will make the best conditions for Japanese investors to increase investment in the locality, especially in the fields of hi-tech and support industry.
For his part, Mr. Kadowaki Keiichi stressed that Dong Nai is an attractive destination in the eyes of Japanese investors thanks to low labour costs, favorable infrastructure and developed services. He hoped that the provincial authorities would continue their support for Japanese enterprises to land their investment in Dong Nai.
