Deputy Secretaries Tran Van Tu and Phan Thi My Thanh of the provincial Party Committee, Chairman Dinh Quoc Thai of the provincial People’s Committee (PC), Chairman Huynh Van Toi of Fatherland Front Committee attended the meeting.
According to information from the provincial People’s Committee, the province’s socio-economic situation continued to recover with numerous positive results.
Accordingly, the province’s index of industrial production increased 5.54 percent year-on-year, while export turnover reached more than US$1.4 billion, an increase of 0.15 percent compared to the previous month, budget collection at over VND13 trillion, a year-on-year rise of 13 percent.
Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Secretary Tran Van Tu suggested more efforts to increase the efficiency of agricultural production and distribution. He also suggested the PC, police and army forces continue their best to ensure social order and safety.
