As planned, the project will be started construction this 2nd quarter. As far as known, the project has total investment of nearly VND260 billion from the state budget.
The tunnel is designed to run along Dong Khoi Street in Bien Hoa city. It has total length of 770 meters, including 50-meter-long tunnel and 220-meter-long roads leading to the tunnel.
The concrete tunnel has four lanes for vehicles and has designed speed of 60 kph. The tunnel will help relieve traffic congestion and prevent flood at Tan Phong intersection.
